Nadeem Shamsi, M.D.
Dr. Shamsi has been practicing for 20+ years. He finished his residency from Alleghany University hospital in 1998. He received his board certification in Psychiatry in 1999. He has been involved in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry since then.
Dr. Shamsi has refined his skills in pharmacotherapy by treating thousands of patients over the last so many years. Dr Shamsi treats patients over 14 years of age with Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Attention Deficit Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorders, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sleep – Wake Disorder, Disruptive, Impulse Control and Conduct Disorder, Medication Induced Movement Disorder and some Substance Abuse disorders.

Linda H. Lasner, MS, LPC, BCB
Linda H. Lasner is a licensed professional counselor who provides therapy for adolescents, adults and senior adults. Many of her clients have anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. Ms. Lasner has specialized skills in the treatment of trauma and chronic pain using both traditional therapy, meditation and biofeedback. Additional skills include pre surgical screening and career counseling.

Aneeza Fazli-Haq MSW, LCCSW, RPT
Aneeza Fazli-Haq is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker having over 25-years of experience in the field of social services. She graduated with honors from New York University School of Social Work. She has 5-years of post-graduate specialized training in child development, play therapy, and contextual couples and family therapy.
As a clinical social worker, Aneeza is trained to work with a broad spectrum of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, and attention deficit disorder. She also specializes in interpersonal issues including parent-child conflict, parenting skills training, marital and family discord.

Kala Lilani, LCSW, Therapist

Melissa Nicolay is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who enjoys working with all different kinds of people on what gets in the way of optimum mental health. Beth is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25 years of experience helping people recognize their own inner strength. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Beth tailors each treatment plan to fit the client’s individual needs, she encourages the client to take an active role in every step of the journey.
Beth is also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Diplomate, she also holds a Post Master’s Certification in Forensic treatment.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania; I work with individuals using illicit drugs and those who experience mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, low self esteem, relationship issues, or have PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, etc. I am a Certified Clinical Supervisor, Certified Co-occurring Professional- Diplomat, and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor through Pennsylvania Certification Board.

Debra Mambo is a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has nine years of experience working with clients with mental illness and substance abuse. She has worked with adult and geriatric clients in outpatient and inpatient settings. Debra graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013 from Holy Family university. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University in 2021. She received her psychiatric mental health Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Debra’s clinical rotations entailed a full range of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for individuals across the lifespan, including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatry and mental health illnesses, as well as medication management.
My goal is to provide comprehensive patient-centered clinical care designed to meet each client’s specific needs.
Doreen Thomas-Payne
Doreen Thomas-Payne is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who has a wealth of nursing experience in various nursing specialties. Her goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized mental healthcare for each patient. She works with patients of all ages, helping them to manage symptoms of many mental health disorders.
Doreen started her nursing career as registered nurse in 1999. Her journey in nursing led her to Frontier Nursing University where obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2022.
Lilian Ogujiofor, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, CRNP
Lilian Ogujiofor is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with experience managing patients with complex chronic health conditions. Her interests are providing quality healthcare services in all settings with a focus on medical and mental health care, medication management, health promotion, disease preventions, and management of acute, episodic, and chronic complex medical and mental health conditions.
Lilian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiography and Radiological Sciences in 1998 from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. She obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from La Salle University in 2013. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from West Chester University in 2016.
Lilian delivers culturally sensitive and patient-centered care to diverse patient populations and speaks English and Ibo languages.
Rosalind also provides Trauma Counseling.
